You can try doing a :listuser @ on the creative account and see if you have
a user with sufficient (account manager - AM)  privileges (usually MANAGER
or MGR). Then if you must use the CREATOR= option you know that user
exists.

USER: MANAGER.CREATIVE

HOME GROUP: PUB                 PASSWORD: **
MAX PRI   : 150                 LOC ATTR: $00000000
LOGON CNT : 0
CAP: AM,AL,GL,OP,CV,UV,ND,SF,BA,IA,MR,DS,PH

Then do the command with


ACCT=CREATIVE;SHOW;OLDDATE;PROGRESS=2;CREATE;CREATOR=MANAGER

You should be doing this restore as MANAGER.SYS as well.

Looks like you have some "stuff" on the tape that ain't there.

Add the CREATE option.
