Well, all of a sudden, we have a problem starting the ODBC Listener as shown below:
 
:anstart arpa
(ANUtil): Checking ALLBASE/NET listener status for ARPA.
(ANUtil): ERROR -31995 STARTING ALLBASE/NET LISTENER FOR ARPA.
 
This was working until this past weekend, when our operators tried to start it up.
 
Anyone know what this is?
