                Have they removed the 'COMPARE' option from FCOPY ? ;-)

                This only works though when the EOFs are the same. If the
files contain the same data then the FCOPY will work, errors will be
generated if there is a mis-match in data.

                Caution: If the from file contains x records and the to file
contains x+ records - and - the first x records in each file are the same
then the compare option does not error

                All the above is from memory - and it can fail me sometimes.
