Interex Board Announces New Board Members for 2000

The Interex Board of Directors is pleased to announce the Board members
for the year  2000.  The 2 elected directors are Denys Beauchemin (3-year
term) and Janet Sharp  (2-year term).  The appointed members are: Barry
Brieg (3-year term), Bob Combs  (3-year term) and Ed Witkow (2-year term).

The new Board members will join Linda Roatch  and Bill Hassell whose
terms end December 2000.  Rick Saunders will continue as a non- voting
member for one year in his capacity of Past Chairman.
