 A simple, home brew, solution would be to get the Apache/iX web server
and Perl from http://jazz.external.hp.com

 A higher approach would be a product such as Speedware's Autobahn.

 As Michael Guterman pointed out... there are a lot of potential
solutions.  What tools already exist on the 3000 in question?
