Not at all. Surviving in Wisconsin in the winter is incompatible with coat
and tie. You need lots of heavy clothing that may look unprofessional, but
is nice and warm.

I say this from experience, having spend Christmas Eve in north central
Wisconsin (Merrill, if anyone cares): it was -29.7 F that morning when I got
up. I didn't go outside until it was merely (!!) -15 F, and my car
complained bitterly about running even then.
