A while back I sent a <nomail> request while I was in Ireland.  I've
been back for 8 weeks and during that time I thought I had re-subscribe
but I'm still not getting any emails.  I re-subscribed again.  When I
get the confirmation email request I click on it says I've been
subscribed.  But, I then get a follow up email saying I've been set to
NOMAIL.

How do I change this.
