I am trying to set up a command file to accept parameters that indicate a
file name, group, and or account and then move the file using the posix
command.  That part is easy.  What I am having trouble with is the
assumption that the user will not always put the parameters in uppercase,
and if I use
xeq mv.hpbin.sys "ACCOUNT\GROUP\FILE ACCOUNT1\GROUP1\FILE"
everything in quotes needs to be uppercase.  I can't find a way to make the
parameters uppercase and get them in the quotes.  Any ideas appreciated.
