The COMMAND intrinsic should return the CIERR or CIWARN number in a 16
bit signed integer. The difference is that CIERR is positive, and CIWARN
is negative, or maybe the other way around. If you're using MPE 5.0 or
higher, you might be better off using HPCICOMMAND.

I've always wondered if the old "COMMAND" intrinsic was really up to
date with newer commands, so I use HPCICOMMAND instead when writing new
code, sometimes it makes sense to use the newer HPCICOMMAND when making
modifications also.
