Johan,
I received a similar error working with a program that used FOPEN, not
because the program, group, account or user did not have appropriate
capabilities, but rather because I had not initialized all variables in the
aoptions and foptions arrays to zero. You may have garbage in memory that
are causing unexpected behavior.
So, I would suggest that you verify you have terminated the string you are
passing to the intrinsic, or possibly extend the number of values you are
hard initializing to zeros in the parameter list you are passing to it.
Just a suggestion, but worth a try.
