it is my personal experience that finding something on LaserROM or HPSL
(or KDB, the knowledge database used inside the Response Center) is MUCH
MUCH easier when you know the solution ahead of time (and thus can choose
the proper keywords)... sigh.
 
The above is what makes HP3000-L so powerful, on the other hand.  :-)
