In the interests of completeness, just want to mention that a while ago, it
was suggested that netstop also shut down predictive support in an orderly
manner.  Also, somebody once suggested using 'nscontrol abort' after the
'nscontrol stop' (not 100% percent sure this is necessary or helpful, but we
are doing it without any obvious harm).

Combining that with recent advice leaves us with the following:

RUN STMSHUT.DIAG.SYS
PAUSE 15
NSCONTROL STOP
PAUSE 15
NSCONTROL ABORT
NETCONTROL STOP
PAUSE 15
RUN PSMOND.PRED.SYS; INFO="-k"

Any comments?
