I think it is reasonable to say that it is often useful to number things
(like Months of the Year, Days of the Month, Days of the Week, DTC Ports,
etc.) Question 1:  Should Numbering begin with 1 or 0?  (Notice the
question is *should* not *does*)  In other words, since numbers are usually
assigned in increments of 1, should the greatest number assigned also
represent the count, or does it matter?

Next, January is the first Calendar month; 1 is the first Day of the Month;
0 is the first DTC port.  HP has associated Sunday with the number 1.
Question 2:  Which day of the week do you consider to be the first? I'll
post the results back to the list, so feel free to E-Mail me directly.
