I downloaded SF2HTML program from 3K site appx 2 months ago.  It works great
for me and it does just what you want.  I run SF2HTML program on HP3000 and
give the spoolfile ID#.  The program then translates the report to HTML format
(well, actually it just puts an HTML heading line and takes out the special
characters) and you are ready to download the report to internet.
It's free!!!
