Revival of protectionism puts U.S. economy further at risk
"When New Jersey lawmakers learned last fall that the company managing the
state's child-welfare office had moved its call center to India, they were
outraged. Within weeks, the state Senate passed a bill requiring all workers
for government contractors to be U.S. citizens or legal residents. The state
House plans to take up the measure soon. ..."
