According to my notes,
OSB78 was for a pre-release of 5.0 (X.50.40 in the SHOWME header)

You should have @.OSB79.TELESUP restored to analyze a 5.0 Push dump.

Here's what it might look like:

ACCOUNT=  TELESUP     GROUP=  OSB79

FILENAME  CODE  ------------LOGICAL RECORD-----------  ----SPACE----
                  SIZE TYP EOF LIMIT R/B SECTORS #X MX

MOS               128W  FB        3908       3908   1     3920  1  1
SYMOS     NMPRG   128W  FB       79056      79056   1    79056 42  *
UOSINIT2           80B  FA         256        256  16       80  1  1
VAMOS              80B  FA         101      20000   1      256  1  *
