Make sure TESTBOOT is turned off and FASTSIZE is set to F. Even if
you did not change them, there are apparently several reasons why
TESTBOOT may get turned on. The info I read indicates that either of
these two items will cause the 'unexpected trap #1' but, by far,
TESTBOOT being enabled has caused the most occurrences.
