I really would prefer NOT to have a pc solution....all the OTHER data about
the items is 3000 based, and we have succeeded in printing a 7 bit asci file
graphic on the printer with a C program. It would be nice if we could do the
.bmp (converted to a bytestream file) also.
Just cant find any help from supplier or manufacturer so far...

Fcopy has no option to remove overhead, that I know of.

You didn't give detail, but being a bmp file, I suspect its
not originally on the 3k. Would you rather have a PC solution?

I have some C code that dumps memory like Fcopy, that I can share.
You could roll your own (loop (FREAD, memdump)).
