Hewlett-Packard's HP 3000 customers are being asked what HP is doing right
and what they are doing wrong in the recently released 2000 Worldwide
Advocacy Survey. "The Worldwide Advocacy Survey is the only independent
survey endorsed by HP. The information from this survey is incorporated into
HP's planning process", stated Ann Livermore, President of the Enterprise and
Commercial Business Unit of Hewlett-Packard.

The results of the survey help Hewlett-Packard identify strengths and
weaknesses in their business processes and customer relationships. The
quality of relationships and processes are measured worldwide on a platform
by platform basis. The HP 3000 Enterprise Computing Segment of
Hewlett-Packard is committed to listening to customers and making changes to
improve the level of service HP 3000 customers receive. To participate in the
survey, go to: www.interex.org/advsurvey.html

This survey is sponsored by independent HP User Groups worldwide.
Complete your survey by April 28th to be included in a drawing for an HP
laptop or Palm Top.
