Does anyone know if the source code to COBGEN is freely available, and if so how can I get it?

The version I am using aborts with:

TURBOIMAGE ERROR AT %005705; RETURN STATUS = -21
DBINFO, MODE 202, ON ¿ OF MYBASE
DATA SET NONEXISTENT OR INACCESSIBLE

NOTE: All the data sets in MYBASE do exist,
I have run ADAGER against it, and ADAGER reports all data sets without any warnings or errors.
COBGEN is a tool for programmers, so I would rather see it call DBEXPLAIN, but then continue processing as normal.
Looking closer at the error I have found the last data set processed was data set #99,
so it seems this version of COBGEN can't process more than 99 data sets.

Any help will be appreciated, Thanks in advance.
