Bruce, you're absolutely correct. I was clearly "out to lunch" when
I thought only the new values were recorded in a DBUPDATE log record.
One certainly can determine what the updated values used to be from
the log files. Thanks for pointing out my goof.

Just a small point, but unless the DBUPDATE log record format has
changed since I last used it, I believe that both the old and the new
data are contained in the data buffer.
