Well, I just found it. Bottom line, my key argument, an integer, was
undeclared and in BASIC becomes a REAL. I looked over my old program and
sure enough, I had it declared as an integer. So somehow in my new version
that line was deleted.

I've always liked languages that enforce declarations; this version of BASIC
allows you to have 1 byte chars and REAL variables without declaration...

Now onward & upward ;-)
