I am trying to extract gzip and gunzip from the gnu distribution
on the HP Jazz site.  I am running MPEIX ver. 5.0 and the binaries
were downloaded through Netscape then uploaded with WRQ's FTP to
the HP947.  When in the posix shell and executing the Install script
I receive the following:
 
Extracting gzip and gunzip from gzip.mover.
 
**** EXEC FUNCTION FAILED; subsys =517; info= 48
ABORT:  MOVER.UTIL.SYS
NM UNKN 219.002c8c50
 
etc...
Unable to extract gzip from /tmp/gzip.mover.
shell/iX>
 
Any hints or ideas would be greatly appreciated...
