Hello,
I hope someone can help me out with the following:
I have a group that contains flat files that get FTPed to our network
by a job on the HP3000.
Before FTPing the files, I would like the job to delete files that are
empty(IE: no records), but
the problem is that the file name is never the same (file name contains
a sequential number).
Is there a way with MPE or MPEX to determine which files in the group
are empty and delete them?
Something along the lines of a LISTF that gets piped to FIFO which
then purges the empty files.
Thanks,
Stefan
