The partial answer lies in the secondary info : a -31 from 107 is basically
an invalid pointer (-31) from Virtual Space Manager (107), the part of MPE
which handles virtual memory addressing.

Due to the number of pointers involved in this subsystem, useless to say,
it's going to be sort of hard to guess which one is invalid if you do not
have a memory dump. Let's hope you made one.

1458s are great fun, because they can have so many different causes it's
always a challenge to tell the correct one.
