I've just updated the patch documentation to say that tar patch MPELX37A (6.0)
or MPELX37B (6.5) is required before installing my sendmail patch.  If you do
not have this tar patch installed, you will need to manually :PURGE
/SENDMAIL/PUB/SENDMAIL before installing the sendmail patch.
