Where and when did he provide such knowledge to us? Certainly, Colin
Powell didn't!!

After our failed wars on Vietnam, Drugs & Terrorism, perhaps GWB is
looking for one our boys can win?? Also, these efforts have diverted
the publics' attention from Usama bin Laden. You remember him, don't
you?
