Subject: COBOL.PUB.SYS,ANSI85; $CONTROL POST85

We are just starting to use COBOL '85 functions and have noted that we need
to use the ANSI85 entry point and $CONTROL POST85.
Other than making FUNCTION a reserved word, what are the other side effects
("gottchas") of these two parameters.
Thanks,40_18Mar199809:22:[log in to unmask]

decribes mainly the PC part.

How to establish a DBE file can be read in the documentation of ALLBASE/SQL
 or IMAGE/SQL
(mainly create a DBE file, attach databases).

Hope that helps, best regards, Andreas Schmidt, CSC, Germany

Morning, folks -
We installed pp4 over the weekend, and now want to start using the 32bit
odbc
that came with it (exp 3). I can find no driving instructions for it,
so can any of you
point me at the right place to get started?
tia,
