When I got home from a Doctor's appointment it was down again.
Within the last hour also. Because when I was at a diner after the
Doctor, I was showing off my HP3000 prompt over my phone to somebody.
But this seems planned, there is already a power company crane and truck
in the neighborhood. Probably re-doing last night's repairs.
