Ok, first understand what the real problem is: Vladimir insists that all
four manuals (MPEX, SECURITY, VEAUDIT, and the EXPRESSIONS appendix) fit in
one binder. Also, he hates paying for even one additional printed page (look
at your printed copy, and notice how far he'll got to avoid having a blank
page on the back of a printed page).

It would be trivial to have the "%HELP" search the "FAQ" file, and would cost
almost nothing (extra credit: look at HELP.CMD22.VESOFT and see if you can do
it yourself).

So, if all you want is on-line access to the information, make that clear.
It can be done almost without cost. If you want a printed manual that has
all of the documentation in it, good luck. Either way, call 310/282-0420
and make your case to Vladimir. He likes to talk to users, and if enough
people ask for something, he'll probably do it.
