Technikal, Inc. is offering a FREE upgrade to any KLA/Express (current or
past) user to QMS (Queue Management System) and CMS (CPU Management
System).  This offer is valid through April 30, 1996.
 
QMS and CMS are both very powerful tools for enhancing the performance of
the HP3000 and are both written and supported by Joe Alongi, the original
author of KLA/Express.  The only requirement for taking advantage of this
free offer is you must purchase the support agreement for the product(s).
Individually, the support is $500 per site (not per cpu).  If you want
both products, the support fee would be $650 per site.
 
Both QMS and CMS have advanced features not found in either KLA/Express or
HP's Workload Manager.   Both products support up to 100 individual batch
queues / workgroups with 16 character names.  Other features include queue
/ workgroup priority, day and time stamps for processing, override input
priority, MPE command line controls (job limit, job fence, system
limit...) for each queue and an easy to use "windows" style interface.
