This was our point when it came to ORBiT's software. We had no choice but to 
upgrade hardware and the upgrade fee was ridiculous. Every vendor was flexible
**except** ORBiT. We were told "if you don't like it, sorry" so we dropped it and 
use something else now.

When you have no choice about upgrading your hardware, (937) and you are not going to upgrade your user license, why does Cognos jab you for an upgrade fee?

             It ain't right......
