I have several DDS-2 tapes that have been written to by PC-based backup
software.  When loaded into the HP's tape drive, it tries to find the tape
header and fails telling me there is a parity error on the tape.

How do I erase, reformat or write a new header to the tape so it can be
used on the HP?  Thanks.
