Thank you all for your help. I eventually had to reboot the HP in
order to get the jobs out of wait state. I believe that whoever
suggested I had stopped the spool for a currently executing job was
possibly the reason. Now that I have the system back up and running I
will be able to re-check what I did and apply all of your suggestions
to learn more, Thank you.
