Hi John,

MMMMMMmm. But looking on it that way, the AM user of an account can
change any users password within that account so isn't that similar (
User A has AM user B also has AM - User A changes User B's user password
etc etc ) ? Cap AM stands for Account Manager but the Account Manager
can't manage his own account, usually ( good system management ) you
would only have 1 AM user per account to do the particular
administration, then again it's sometimes easier to have more than 1.

Nigel,

You are correct that you have to have SM capability to change an account
password. I am guessing about the reason but if users within an account
could change the account password you could have some significant
problems as most accounts have a number of users with AM capability.
