Apologies for an off topic request but I'm trying to access the link below ( http://raven.utc.edu/archives/hp3000-l.html ) to change my subscription preferences and the link just times out.  Multiple browsers, multiple networks.  Can anyone provide a link that works?

I do not have those files anyway.  My file count is 113 files for the vecsl account.
