The source code to get the output is:

                           KEYWORD-NAME OF KEYWORDS,&
                           ROSTER-DATE OF TASF718B

This will result in an output like below:

As you mentioned in the previous mail ,the transaction can be either in hours or shifts, it cannot be in combined form.Can you please help on the coding part to get the desired output.
