In my last post on this subject I failed to mention the name of the file is
cls.syscmds.sys.

This group, SYSCMDS, is where I keep all system wide command files.  It is added
to the path statement when a user logs on.  In each account I have a group
called mtxcmds.  This is where account level commands live and it is also
included in the path statement at logon time.
