FORMSPEC is one of those programs that really taxes a terminal emulator.
We've found forms that were designed in FORMSPEC that cause both Reflection
and QCTerm to misbehave (although in different manners on different screens).
FORMSPEC tends to push the envelope when it comes to engaging terminal
behaviors.

I would try the same process you're doing now with QCTerm and see if it works
any better. If it doesn't, I would then try a real HP 700/92 terminal. If
that doesn't work either, then you would have to believe that you have a
corrupted file.

However, if one of these other two programs -- and most especially the real
terminal works, as that's the gold standard -- then you've most likely found
a bug in Reflection. If that's the case, then it's obviously time to talk to
WRQ.
