the word is got was: several years ago hpworld was supposed to
be in san diego but got bumped by the republican national convention.
so the sd conference setter-upper people cut interex a deal - that's
why it was san diego this year and will be san diego again in
another couple of years.  trying to keep up on the gossip :-)    - d
