I used to go to office parties, where if you were caught talking shop, you
had to put a dollar in the "shop talk" jar. I look at the 3000-L as a good
split between users who are in dire need of a quick fix (and can sort by
subject to pick out the responses), and the party where anything goes [OT]
where I can participate if I have time.
