Hey kids,

    With all the discussion on what constitutes a "legal MPE user", is
this of any interest as a chat to anyone?  If it is, I thought we could
have an "impromptu" chat at 1:00 PDT, 4:00 EDT TODAY???  This would allow
us all to "vent" about what constitutes an MPE user and share experiences
and "gotchas" on-line!!  Kinda an experiment.  Totally informal chat.  If
