IT Consulting Consortium forms partnership with IMS Recovery Services

Albany, Oregon, August 9, 2001 - IT Consulting Consortium (ITCC) of
Albany, Oregon, a leading consulting agency and recruiter for the
Hewlett Packard community, announces a working partnership with
Information Management Solutions / IMS Recovery Services, Corvallis,
Oregon.

The ITCC was founded in 2000, by Craig L Solomon in order to provide
an avenue for the provision of high quality, low cost, consulting
services to users of Hewlett Packard equipment, and to improve the
representation of independent consultants within the H P community.
Solomon is the former Director of Consulting Services for Lund
Performance Solutions.

By representing independent consultants, the IT Consulting Consortium
offers high quality services at significantly lower costs when
compared to those charged by traditional commercial firms.

Information Management Solutions (IMS) was founded by Devon Wilson in
1998, and IMS Recovery Services, a division of IMS, was started in
1999. IMS was established to support credit unions that use the
Spectrum software application developed by Summit Information Systems,
and, guided by the needs of its clientele, it has grown and evolved
into a full service organization.

"IMS Recovery Services, says IMS Founder, Devon Wilson, was
established in response to the needs of our consulting clientele for
an affordable-yet knowledgeable and trustworthy disaster recovery
alternative."

"The partnership of the IT Consulting Consortium and IMS Recovery
Service will be of great benefit to the customers of both ITCC and
IMS," says ITCC Founder, Craig L. Solomon. "We (ITCC) can now offer
expanded services to the IMS customers by giving them access to our
wide range of analytical services. These include reports and analyses
ranging from Performance & Tuning to Capacity Planning. As a result,
IMS customers will now be able to make more informed decisions
regarding the most efficient use of existing equipment and the
upgrading or purchase of new hardware.

The main goal of this partnership is to expand the already popular
Recovery Services offered by IMS. Currently, credit unions are
required to pass a Federal Audit (NAFCU / NCUA). In order to pass the
audit, a disaster recovery plan is required, and the existing disaster
recovery offered by IMS allows their Summit customers to meet and
exceed this requirement.

"We strive to avoid the one-size-fits-all mentality so prevalent in
today's business world," says IMS's Devon Wilson. "As a result, our
fee structure reflects the need for value-consciousness on the part of
our clients. The monthly costs of the clients' recovery plan will be
formulated with the customer's budget in mind. Furthermore, for the
credit union with a plan already in place, we guarantee that our price
will be at least 20% below that of the current monthly fee."

Combined, the ITCC and IMS Recovery Services will expand the Disaster
Recovery services offered to current and future clients, and will
provide current and future clients of IMS Recovery Services improved
access to consulting services geared toward establishing and
maintaining peak efficiency. "It is great to have a D/R Service in
place, but without a true, documented Disaster Recovery Plan in place,
the D/R service may not be enough", says Solomon. "With a plan in
place, we can better assist an organization in the event of a
disaster. This gives the peace of mind to know that if a disaster
strikes, our client is prepared."

The ITCC and IMS plan to quickly expand their services beyond Credit
Unions so as to provide other small to midsize organizations the piece
of mind that, in the past, only large companies could afford.
