SETCLOCK TIMEZONE=W4:00
The sets the timezone offset to 4 hours west of (earlier than) GMT. Based on your area code, I assume you are in the eastern time zone. Before issuing this command, make sure you current offset is W5:00 with the SHOWCLOCK command. If not, then your system clock is not set to GMT, and will need to be corrected.
