Hi Tracy and Robert :)
Robert: for greenbar printing on a standard laserjet... PCLLP.HPENV.SYS
will do nicely... using it here alot ... at least whenever we can get paper
for our laserjet... but that is another OS's story... hehe

Tracy... um... I don't use DSL but have you tried going the "hardware
problem needs a tech on site" route? I use this method (taught to me my my
'mum' (25+ year AT&T retiree)) to fix a problem.... just unplug something
and say you don't know what is up... after all they don't want you touching
their equipment anyways.... hehehe

Art "'tis easier to ask forgiveness, than permission! hehe" Bahrs
