Gavin and I were wondering:
 
   Does anyone know how to remove the magnets from the linear motor
   from a 7933/7935 disk drive (this is the motor that moves the heads)?
 
We disassembled a dead 7933 for parts, and would love to get the
magnets out of this motor.  But...there doesn't appear to be any
way of doing this (short of a blowtorch).  (BTW, the motor is about
30 to 40 pounds!)
