To All,

Paul Edwards wrote, "Fat chance that I'll submit one after
the fiasco last year! There probably won't be enough people
in the sessions to make it worthwhile, either. I only
had two people in my SIG Consult meeting after walking
two miles to get there."

Yes, I can attest to the massive amount of walking last year required to
get to
the area for all the SIG meetings. It was indeed in the western 40 acres
of the
Atlanta site. From what I know about McCormick, yes there could be some
more
walking there, but, if Interex has gotten the North Hall, there are more
rooms in that one.

As for speaking, having been assigned the last speaking slot, against John
Burke, I
only had 7 show up for my presentation and 3 stayed! Thanks Ron.. Oh and
BTW,
we finished early and caught the end of John's presentation and it WAS
decently
attended, even being the last time slot.

However, the point I was trying to make is to look at the 'CFP' and see if
it makes
sense. I saw that there were a lot less overall topics to speak on which
I interpreted
as a more focused event, not all of the HP market like last year. If my
observation
is wrong, well << Flame suit on >> for mail from the folks at Interex.
