Uh... *Psst* Stalin Blamed the upper class Czarist regime, not the middle
class. All the talk of "People" and "Comrade" are intended to be equalizers
that turn everyone into middleclass. Once he had his power cemented he used
it to opress the middleclass, which as I already said, was everyone. So,
Blamed the Upper Class, Opressed the Middleclass. I can see how you got
confused...

Dave, it doesn't matter.  A scapegoat is a scapegoat.  Lenin overthrew
the democratic government of Kerensky, Stalin came along after with his
list of scapegoats, mostly middle class types.  It doesn't matter
anyway.
