While I am certainly not an expert on UPSes, I believe that you can
also have UPS ports configured via DTC... Without looking at manuals,
I'd probably guess that the device class HPUPSDEV might be important
for UPS monitor to pick them up. Maybe UPSUTIL in TELESUP helps.
