Not sure how extensive it is, but I think there is a section on
calling non-COBOL subroutines in either the COBOL/iX Reference
Manual or (more likely) the COBOL/iX Programmer's Guide.

By the way, I also have an example CGI program in COBOL/iX
that calls Posix C library routines like getenv() or strncpy()
which I'd like to provide. Any volunteers offering web server
space for an HTML (tips and form) and a text (source) file?
